  Marine Data Acquisition System & Streamers

  Seismometers/Geophones
Seismometers are the instruments used for measuring the natural ground motion of the earth due to the frictional force. The exploration seismologist detects ground vibrations with this device, which is also called geophone. These detectors are electromechanical transducers that convert a mechanical input into an electrical output.

  Magnetic Susceptibility Meter
A sensitive and accurate tool for field measurement of outcropping rocks, drill cores and rock samples.
Features:

  Portable Magnetic Susceptibility Meter
Portable Magnetic Susceptibility Meter is designed for laboratory or field use to measure bulk susceptibility of standard 25.4 mm cores. Small sample fragments can be measured in the pot with inner volume 25 cm3 . The design reflects the latest in electronics advances and offers unrivalled features :

      • single integrated housing incorporating the measurement zone, the electronics and
          power  supply   connected to PC.
       • simple operation without any control knobs.

Operation of the PMSM is straightforward. Typically a small sample in a plastic vessel is placed into the measuring coil for analysis which is carried out under instuctions from a personal computer. The PMSM is connected to a PC with a cable to serial RS232 port. Results are available in several seconds and are conventionally stored and displayed on the PC. Flexibility and user friendliness have been the key criteria in the design of the PMSM software.

Caliberation samples are supplied. Checjing the calibration takes only a few minutes.

  Vibrators
The most common method of reflection surveying on land utilizing a non-explosive source is the vibroseis method. This uses tractor-mounted vibrators to pass into the ground an extended vibration of low amplitude and continuously varying frequency, known as sweep signal.A typical sweep signal lasts for seven or more seconds and varies in frequency between limits of about 10 and 80 Hz. The field recordings consist of overlapping reflected wave trains of very low amplitude corrected for seismic noise, but cross correlation of the recording with the known sweep signal enhances the seismic signals and yield a seismic recording of similar appearance to that which would be obtained with an explosive source.

  VSP System - Geowave

  Portable Borehole Loggers
Portable borehole logging systems are available in two basic configurations, either as a 300 meter (1000’) depth capacity system or 600 meter ((2000’) depth capacity system. Both are complete Portable Borehole Logging Systems, and are supplied with permanent shipping and storage cases. As delivered, they are complete and ready to log including DELogger log acquisition software. 
Either system features an integral data acquisition and uphole power unit. A PC laptop or notebook computer serves as the operator interface and to acquire, display in real time, store and playback borehole data as a function of the supplied DELogger software.

  Series 3NB Mud Pump
Features :
 •  Dynamic end – the frame is a welded structure with steel plate,
     subject to post welding internal stress relief. The type of
     transmission gear is involve, smooth running, efficient and durable
     Crankshaft is one-piece hollow cast. It is splash lubricated. 
 •  Fluid end : suction flange and discharge flange
     conform to ASA and API specification. 
 •  Piston rod and extension rod are connected by
     clamp to make assembly and disassembly easy and
     quick 
 •  Beach at the bottom of valve positioning hole
     prevents valve sinking. Piston and cylinder liner are
     cooled and lubricated by independent spraying

  Mast
Features :
 •  Mast (derrick) is generally classified as A-type, K-type ( open
     front type), tower-type and mast type etc.
 •  A type mast : its leg section is rectangular or triangle shape with
     better loading capacity and stability, connected with pins
     between sections installed at low level and errected or lowered
     down integrally by drawworks and A-frame. 
 •  K-type mast, namely open front mast, its transverse section is a
     П shape truss structure, it’s both sides are composed of several
     pieces or segments, its back is rigid frame or pole system of truss 
     connected with pias or bolts between segments and members,
     may be installed at low level and errected or lowered down 
     integrally by drawworks or hydraulic cyliner, has the advantages
     of convenient installation and disassembly, excellent rigidity.

  Substructure
Features :
 •  Substructure is classified as box on box type, pieces mounting 
     type, singshot type, swing up type and telescoping type.
 •  The substructure of box type and pieces mounting type, have a
     relative higher substructure at front platform, stisfies the 
     installation of standard BOP, otherwise the substructure at back
     platform is relatively lower, adapts to the installation of heavy
     equipments such as drawworks and transmission unit etc.
 •  The substructure of slingshot type adapts to electric rig, the drill
     floor and equipments on it can be installed at low level and then
     the drill floor and mast can be raised together. There are hydraulic
     bumping cylinders on the left and right of the drill floor, in mast
     rising, they act as bumper, in mast laying down, they act as push
     power.    
 •  The swing up structure, the drill floor and equipments on it can be
     installed at low level and the mast can be raised at low location
     of drill floor, then the whole drill floor.
 •  The telescoping structure, mast and substructure are lifted with
     hydraulic cylinder, the structure stress is reasonable, light -
     wighted and convenient to raise and movie.
 •  Conform to API Spec 4F.

  Nitrogen - PSA
Purity from 95-99.9995%, flow lab to 35,000 SCFH. Each unit has two adsorber beds filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS). Compressed air enters one end of a bed. While the smaller oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the CMS, the larger nitrogen molecules pass through the sieve and are stored. Once the tube is saturated with oxygen, the first adsorber releases the gas, and the second adsorber starts the process over again.

The FlashRES64 is 60 times faster than data than current systems, and yields higher quality data in shorter periods of time. Extremely flexible, the system is automatic and captures 64,000 wave forms, using 64 electrodes within just one hour. In the field there is no need to specify what configurations need to be used. All an operator needs to do is lay out the cables, connect electrodes, setup the FlashRES64 and record.

Collection of large volumes of data, now allows higher quality decision making. You can also delineate geological structures between tunnels, with a crosshole method.

  Archival & Retrieving System 
The reflector image is built by constructive interference. Data can also be migrated from a floating datum plane. In such a case, the difference in elevation between the source and receiver is taken into account when migrating the data. For better turn - around, this software can run on several processors at the same time. Because of its parallel implementation, the module makes use of user-defined work directories.
