Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage sales and marketing for our marine and hydrographic product portfolio, including:

Single & Multi-Beam Echo Sounders
GNSS Systems
ROVs & USVs
ADCPs
Side Scan Sonars
Sub-Bottom Profilers, and more

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in marine/offshore sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to grow market share
Manage and strengthen OEM relationships; identify new OEM partnerships
Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and government clients
Track competitors, market trends, and customer insights
Support tendering activities including quotes, tenders, proposals, and negotiations
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and prepare management reports
Travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and conferences

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2–8 years of experience in technical sales/marketing within marine, offshore, or hydrographic domains
Strong technical understanding of marine & hydrographic equipment
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
Self-driven, customer-focused, strategic, and proactive mindset
