Darshan Singh
CEO - Pan India Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

A veteran of 45+ years in the Engineering Consultancy, Mr. Singh spearheads the management of Pan India. His vision and strategy have defined the interactions with clients, partners, investors and other stakeholders, taking Pan India to where it is today. He has the ability to motivate and facilitate project teams to deliver high quality solutions, catering to both mid sized and large integrated projects.

He brings extensive Management, Geophysics, Geology, Earth Science and Remote Sensing experience to the table including all aspects of GI/GIS, RS, Technology Transfer Programs, Consulting in Image Processing, Analysis, Value addition to Geo-information and sustainable exploration of materials and natural resources.

He is also a National Executive Member of Association of Exploration Geophysicists; a Member of Indian Society of Geomatic and Indo Canadian Business Council, Former Member of National Council and Chairman of Oil and Gas Division of Confederation of Indian Industry (C.I.I). Life member of Aeronautical Society of India.

Mr. Singh is a alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology & Science at Pilani from where he graduated in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech). He is a keen mountaineer, educationist and philanthropist.

Diwash Lohani

A Self-motivated post graduate in Management studies having a rich experience of over 23+ years serving Pan India Consultants Pvt Ltd, his willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems with exemplary communication and inter personal skills coupled with capability to negotiate with and influence others, has helped the company to overcome the obstacles time and again. He is also responsible to proactively solve and address issues in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment that occur between the company and mostly various Government entities. Under his leadership, his division also collaborates and communicates successfully to resolve issues with the various Government departments & Ministries and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible for the organisation.

As Head of Liaison department, he guides his team to look after the statutory compliance, obtaining various Govt. Licences, Imports & Exports which helps to streamline operations.

He is a post graduate in Business Administration (MBA) from Lucknow University.


Krishan Dev Sood

His tenure with Pan India Consultants Pvt. Ltd extends over 2 decades and he is credited for the phenomenal growth of the company. He holds over 20 years of experience. Responsible for overall business strategies/development, resources allocations general company & customer relationship management.

Mr. Sood is a post graduate in Geophysics (M. Tech.) from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra(Hry) and member of various National & International Societies/Organizations.


Naresh Agarwal

Naresh Agarwal

He has over two decades of experience in Managing Projects for Exploration and Development (E&P) in Oil and Gas, Data Management for E&P, Seismic (API), Aero-Geophysical Surveys, Offshore Geo-Chemical & Geo-Technical and Drilling. Presently he is heading E&P (Block: CB-ONN-2010/5) and Geophysical Service divisions in Pan India. Under him, Company drilled 4 Exploratory Wells and had success in the form of Oil Discovery in one of the Well. He is well versed with the management of technical and commercial aspects of the projects. He is responsible for monitoring various Government policies for Oil & Gas and Mining Sector, their development and changes and represents Company in various Government Policy forums. His contribution for induction of new technologies and expansion of company activities in new areas is well acknowledged. He also coordinates with various MNCs, Pan India represent for providing Services in India.

He is Post Graduate in Applied Geophysics (M.Tech) from Kurkshetra University, Kurukshetra, India. He has good understanding of Government Regulations for Oil and Gas and Mining Sector in India and Indian taxation system. Also he has good skillset in Geophysical data; their structures and applications, Drilling, Surveying, GIS, RS, Photogrammetry and various Location/Geospatial technologies. He is also member of various National and International professional bodies in Oil and Gas Sector.



PREM PRAKASH PAL

An Accomplished professional with rich experience in Institutional sales, and Key account management . Started career with Forbes & Company Ltd. (erstwhile Tata group company) wayback in 1985 . With overall experience of more than 35 years in various industries like consumer electronics, office automation and consulting business, his association with Pan India Consultants is now more than 14 years and is credited for the continuous growth of the company. With his unparalleled management techniques and inter personal skills coupled with human approach has helped company in getting continues business in India with major market share for the 0EM principals. He has successfully handled some of large projects for Major Oil Companies etc. Presently heading Geophysical Equipment Department of the Company. He is a post graduate in Management.

RAJAN KATHURIA

RAJESH GOEL

Having a vast experience of over 23 years serving Pan India Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Well versed in Financial accounting and having a proven ability to build profitability through effective strategizing, process improvement and appropriate use of incentives. Equipped with high knowledge in financial and accounting aspects hired for overseeing the financial department of the company. He is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategies and planning, assessing the financial performance to mitigate risks, overseeing the system of finance department, overseeing audit and internal control activities, preparing timely reports, conducting analysis and making forecasts, and ensuring that the company adheres to the financial laws and procedures. Additionally, monitoring the Finance department for managing the finance flow of the company, taking accountability for all monetary operations, controlling capital outflow, managing the company’s finance needs, developing finance budgets and allocating funds, supervising lower management and appraising staff performance.
